This set represents a line of study in the exploration of surface decoration of my favorite forms. Raku firing is a ritual not for the faint of heart as the process is volatile and doesn't immediately lend itself to tight control but begs an embrace of the intuitive and spontaneous. This is a functional Raku set with food safe glazed interior.
